HDR is hiring a Computational Designer Intern for its Data‑Driven Design team. The internship is open to candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, computer science, or a related field, and focuses on developing innovative design tools for global HDR designers. Applicants should submit a resume, cover letter, and work samples that demonstrate interest and experience in computational design. The application should explain how the candidate’s academic and career goals align with HDR’s design technology initiatives. • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Demonstrate interest and some experience in computational design related to architecture. • Possess basic software development knowledge and experience with Python, C#, or Java. • Have experience with computational design platforms such as Rhino/Grasshopper, Dynamo, or Revit. • Show interest in learning about machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in architectural design.
