About the Role

The role involves assisting with scheduling and coordinating facility needs, maintaining facility records, and championing the Computerized Maintenance Management System by updating work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and reporting findings to the Regional Facilities Manager. You will also coordinate outside contractors and suppliers, support facility improvement projects and inspections, and travel occasionally to branch locations as required. • Schedule and coordinate facility needs. • Maintain accurate facility records. • Update work orders and preventive maintenance schedules in the CMMS and report to the Regional Facilities Manager. • Coordinate outside contractors and suppliers for facility services. • Support facility improvement projects and conduct inspections. • Travel to branch locations as needed. • Participate in a competitive retirement plan.

What You Bring

Candidates should have an associate’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Maintenance or a related field, or at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and MS Project) and other Windows‑based programs is required, along with knowledge of building systems such as work orders, building management systems, and mechanical systems. Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills, troubleshooting experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to analyze internal reports are also essential. • Hold an associate’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Maintenance, or related field, or possess two years of similar experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and other Windows‑based applications. • Knowledge of building systems, including work orders, building management systems, and mechanical equipment. • Demonstrate strong organizational and written/oral communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. • Experience troubleshooting and identifying problems. • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
