About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to support inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts, investigating any discrepancies, and driving corrective actions. The role includes supporting product and material storage, resolving variances, and researching ways to eliminate recurring issues. • Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies. • Resolve variances between physical and system inventory counts. • Determine root causes of inventory issues and implement corrective actions. • Monitor weekly/monthly count targets and report progress to leadership. • Participate in lean and continuous improvement activities to enhance inventory accuracy. • Build and maintain relationships across functional areas.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma or GED. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and pivot tables. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and organize workload effectively.

Compensation ranges from $14.80 to $27.50 per hour, with eligibility for incentives, and a transparent pay structure based on skills, experience and performance.
