Load/unload, set up event furniture/equipment, clean, and perform light maintenance.

About the Role
The technician will interpret work orders, handle furniture and equipment loading, protect and transport sensitive items, and set up items at designated locations. Additional tasks include general janitorial duties, light maintenance, and operating various cleaning machines. • Load and unload furniture and event equipment from moving trucks. • Secure and transport sensitive items using protective materials. • Set up furniture and equipment at assigned event locations. • Read and interpret work orders to determine assignments and equipment needs. • Perform general janitorial duties, project cleaning, and light maintenance. • Operate cleaning equipment such as wet vacuums, carpet extractors, floor buffers, and automatic scrubbers.

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to lift, push, or pull 50 lb repeatedly and hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred experience includes two or more years of loading and unloading and at least one year of event-setup work. • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb repeatedly. • Maintain a valid driver’s license.
