About the Role

You will create and execute account‑specific sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and analyse consumer and competitor trends to support data‑driven decisions. Close collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance teams ensures seamless execution of e‑commerce initiatives and promotional campaigns. Optimising product listings, pricing and digital marketing tactics will be key to improving conversion rates, while you also manage inventory forecasting and replenishment to avoid stock‑outs or excess. Campaign effectiveness will be measured and refined for future activations. • Build and sustain relationships with key e‑commerce platforms. • Lead negotiations, promotional planning and category management to grow market share. • Develop and execute account‑specific sales strategies to meet targets. • Analyze sales, consumer trends and competitor data to inform decisions. • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance to launch e‑commerce initiatives. • Optimize product listings, pricing and digital marketing for higher conversion. • Forecast demand and coordinate inventory replenishment to avoid stock issues. • Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns with partners.

What You Bring
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, 1‑3 years of e‑commerce experience, and strong knowledge of online marketplaces and digital marketing. Proven sales track record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, advanced Excel analytics and a collaborative team mindset are required. This role is based in Singapore and open only to local candidates authorized to work in the country. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. • Possess 1‑3 years e‑commerce experience and strong analytical/Excel skills. • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities. • Proven track record of driving e‑commerce sales and managing high‑value accounts.
