About the Role

This internship focuses on sustainability auditing and data‑driven energy improvement initiatives. Interns will support on‑site energy, water and waste audits, analyse data to identify savings, and work with building management systems to uncover operational efficiencies. Additional duties include using portable measurement instruments and assisting with projects such as chiller plant retrofits and retro‑commissioning. • Conduct on‑site sustainability audits (energy, water, waste). • Analyze data to develop improvement measures and achieve savings and regulatory compliance. • Perform BMS/M&V trending analysis to identify energy‑saving opportunities. • Support Green Mark consultants with data collection and analysis. • Use portable instruments (temperature, lux, noise, airflow meters) for onsite measurements. • Assist with energy improvement projects such as chiller plant retrofits and retro‑commissioning.

What You Bring

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Built Environment or a related field. A solid understanding of HVAC systems, building management and energy monitoring systems, as well as basic data‑analysis skills in MS Office, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment of at least three to six months (full‑time or part‑time minimum three days per week) are expected. • Pursuing a BSc or MSc in Environmental Science, Sustainable Built Environment, or related field. • Understanding of HVAC systems, BMS, and energy/power monitoring systems. • Knowledge of sustainability principles and energy efficiency. • Proficient in MS Office with basic data‑analysis skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Available for a 3‑6 month internship (full‑time preferred or part‑time minimum three days/week) in Singapore.
