About the Role
The Manufacturing Worker I – Unit Production Crew 3 position in Longview, TX involves assembling and installing sub‑assembly components on HVAC units, interpreting blueprints and order forms, conducting visual and functional quality checks, moving materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and promptly reporting equipment or safety issues to supervisors. Additional duties include using hand and power tools to fasten, cut, or shape components, installing insulation, wiring, and ductwork, operating basic machinery, completing production documentation and checklists, and collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards. • Assemble and install HVAC sub‑assembly components per specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and order forms. • Communicate with production team to maintain workflow and accuracy. • Perform visual and functional quality checks on parts and assemblies. • Move materials and finished products using proper handling methods. • Maintain a clean and organized work area following housekeeping and safety practices. • Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or material shortages promptly. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards. • Use hand and power tools to fasten, cut, or shape components. • Install insulation, wiring, or ductwork. • Operate basic machinery or assembly equipment. • Complete production documentation and checklists. • Apply basic math and measurement skills.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and preferably have prior manufacturing or assembly experience.
