About the Role

The Senior Project Coordinator – Team Lead manages a team of project coordinators and associate project managers on the Humana account. The role oversees coordination of projects, small tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building or site repairs. It may also provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects. Key responsibilities include supporting the initiation phase and subsequent project phases, managing resources and assignments, and ensuring onboarding, continuous training, and process adherence for team members and project managers. The coordinator governs program‑level initiatives, reporting financial status, tenant improvement processing, and data integrity, while also driving process development and quality improvements across the account. Goals and timetables are established for the organizational unit, and requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices are reviewed.
