About the Role

• Maintain financial hygiene: accounts payable, bookkeeping, expense reconciliation, and month‑end close support. • Coordinate Sydney office operations, travel expense oversight, and internal events including team gatherings and the annual offsite. • Compile cross‑functional performance data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for executives and stakeholders. • Prepare data and documentation for leadership meetings to ensure relevant information is available. • Execute workstreams for cross‑functional initiatives, supporting current international operations and potential market expansion. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within your areas of responsibility. • Support ad‑hoc special projects and executive priorities as needed. • Learn and apply SaaS financial acronyms and metrics quickly in a fast‑paced environment. • Solve ambiguous, messy problems and translate them into clear, actionable steps.
