About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, including showing units, qualifying prospects, handling paperwork, and maintaining resident satisfaction. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents, qualifying leads, conducting tours and signing leases. • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain model units. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data, and respond to inquiries within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic and meet/exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative duties and address resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction issues. • Develop and execute resident retention initiatives such as events, promotions and newsletters. • Contribute to office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analyses. • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and uphold a positive community image. • Ensure consistent resident interactions and enforce community policies as directed by supervisors.

What You Bring
Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations; physical duties include moving, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and occasional overtime or weekend work.
