About the Role
The Branch Manager, titled Profit Center Manager, is accountable for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a rental center business unit. This role leads all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics while achieving financial and performance goals, and is responsible for the unit’s operational and financial reporting. • Overall responsibility for multi-million-dollar revenue business performance • Build and lead a success-driven team using existing leadership skills

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental-industry experience—or three to four years of industry experience without a degree—and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Key competencies include strong leadership and communication skills, a solid understanding of profit-and-loss statements and other financial controls, experience in outside sales and negotiation, and familiarity with construction or industrial markets. High accountability, effective time management, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the business are essential. The position requires physical activities such as bending, squatting, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
