About the Role
• Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status. • File proposal and presentation material upon submittal. • Manage client relationship and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards. • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems. • Arrange professional photography on projects. • Assist in developing annual and long‑term strategic plans, including growth initiatives and strategic investments. • Implement key growth initiatives and investments outlined in strategic plans. • Develop and implement client plans, including long‑term strategies to capture market share. • Solicit formal client feedback. • Administer go/no‑go decision process per HDR's Matrix of Authority. • Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand, increase visibility, and showcase thought leaders. • Develop and publish engaging digital content reflecting HDR's brand and thought leadership. • Implement social media campaigns. • Support strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associations. • Create marketing collateral to support business development efforts. • Develop engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars). • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings (in‑person or virtual). • Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences, and recruiting.

What You Bring
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in person. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign).
