In this role you will coordinate daily lifeguard operations and rotations in the pool area. • Apply knowledge of water rescue, lifeguarding, and first‑aid techniques • High school diploma or GED • Lifeguard, CPR, and first‑aid certification (or obtain after hire) • Ability to tolerate humidity, heat/cold, dust, and noise • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 lb and occasionally handle persons over 100 lb
