About the Role
The current opening is for an HVAC Service Technician who will handle service work and site maintenance for national accounts. The role involves servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. • Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications. • Identify, analyze, and repair system issues at customer locations. • Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed. • Prepare for installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating on‑site work. • Inspect vehicle condition and cleanliness; maintain vehicle service records. • Inspect equipment for wear and report findings to customers or Operations Manager. • Document job details, including time, progress, parts, labor, and maintain files. • Serve as the direct customer contact, representing the company. • Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. • Read and interpret product specifications. • Provide technical support to customers. • Work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as needed. • Travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips.
