About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, partnering with the Community Manager to manage staff, vendors, service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and resident relations for the community. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders daily. • Inspect grounds and buildings to identify and correct hazards. • Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines. • Maintain a preventative maintenance program and ensure OSHA compliance. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff performance. • Provide on‑call emergency support and ensure timely service turnaround. • Deliver excellent customer service and enforce community policies.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma, EPA & CPO certifications (HVAC preferred), and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physically able to lift 100+ lb, work overtime, weekends, and on‑call emergencies; reliable transportation required.
