About the Role

In this role you will respond to service calls, diagnose and repair a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential fire sprinkler systems, interpret technical documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation. • Receive and manage service calls from the Service Resource Center • Diagnose and repair wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge sprinkler systems and fire pumps • Follow troubleshooting procedures using manuals, bulletins, and modification notices • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and schematics • Provide effective customer service and complete electronic Service Acknowledgements with signatures • Participate in scheduled on‑call rotation and perform other assigned duties • Maintain truck inventory for timely response • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures

What You Bring

The position requires at least five years of fire sprinkler experience, the ability to read blueprints and manuals, a high school diploma, willingness to travel, physical capability to handle equipment, flexible scheduling including on‑call rotation, and a valid driver’s license and state fire protection license. • Minimum 5 years documented fire sprinkler/suppression experience • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product manuals • High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends • Physical ability to lift 50‑70 lb, climb ladders, scaffolding, and access confined spaces up to 40 ft • Strong organizational skills and positive attitude • Valid driver’s license meeting company standards • Pass pre‑employment background, motor vehicle, and drug tests • Current State Fire Protection or Journeyman License • Preferred NICET Level II certification
