Coordinate service ops, spare parts, reporting, training & L3 support for field engineering.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Coordinate calendar of service department. • Coordinate after-sales cases/incidents under warranty and no warranty. • Coordinate training program for technicians certification. • Coordinate and lead spare part policy (master database, project offer, after‑sales support). • Coordinate L3 expert support of LOB customer care center. • Manage services department reporting and digitization. • Oversee services department financial control. • Coordinate LOB service support with country/regional services organizations. • Handover projects from LOB to country local services departments. • Develop and lead presentations and meetings. • Use tools to organize documentation and plan tasks and resources. • Digitize and automate department reporting (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.).

What You Bring
• English proficiency minimum B2. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. • Autonomous decision‑maker. • Perform well under pressure. • Strong work capacity. • Effective reporting. • Valuable electrical knowledge. • Valuable monitoring/computer knowledge. • 4–6 years experience as a service coordinator of a technical team. • Experience digitizing reporting. • Experience managing spare parts. • Experience in international operations. • Valuable cooling systems knowledge. • Valuable control systems knowledge. • Experience working worldwide.
