About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Services Officer – Collections to provide proactive, entry‑level support to the Finance Services team in our Waterloo office. You will complete accounting tasks as needed and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and procedures. The role offers training and development programmes to accelerate your growth and lets you contribute to solving technical challenges. • Update and maintain collection notes promptly in the system. • Escalate collection issues to the Team Leader/Manager according to guidelines. • Coordinate client master data and process debtor payments via EFT, cheque, or credit card. • Follow up unallocated receipts and support banking progress toward target collections. • Collaborate with the team to set weekly collection strategies and achieve KPIs. • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts. • Deliver agreed service levels and deadlines, notifying of any non‑compliance. • Build relationships with internal clients (project managers, finance partners) and external clients (vendors, auditors).

What You Bring
