About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within a warehouse environment, including receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires operating various warehouse equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key duties include receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, maintaining organized inventory records, transporting and categorizing goods, and accurately picking and packing orders. The associate prepares shipments with proper labeling and documentation, loads and unloads trucks, and conducts regular inventory counts. The position involves operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely, performing routine equipment checks, and reporting any malfunctions. Accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments are maintained, and the associate collaborates with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and promptly communicates any issues. • Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments for quantity and damage. • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. • Pick, pack, and label orders for timely shipment. • Load and unload trucks while safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks. • Report discrepancies, shortages, and equipment issues to supervisors. • Ensure a clean, hazard‑free work area and use PPE as required. • Collaborate with team members to support smooth warehouse operations. • Apply basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates have prior warehouse or logistics experience, and may be required to hold forklift, man‑lift, or tractor certifications. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential. The work environment demands the ability to lift objects up to 50 lb, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and may expose employees to varying weather conditions, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic. The role requires the consistent use of personal protective equipment. • Possess prior warehouse or logistics experience; forklift/man‑lift certification may be required. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational abilities. • Meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lb and working in varied environmental conditions.
