What You Bring
Rogers Group is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for its Glen Rose, Texas location. The role requires an experienced stick welder, millwright, or maintenance professional to maintain and repair plant operations, including crushers, conveyors, and screens. General quarry work and other duties may also be assigned, and the schedule demands flexibility with weekend work. Key responsibilities include maintaining a strong focus on safety, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment, and performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Required experience includes fixed‑plant maintenance; experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens is preferred. The technician must be skilled in fabricating, cutting, and stick welding, and capable of leading maintenance, fabrication, and heavy‑repair projects while working independently. • Require prior fixed‑plant maintenance experience and a safety‑focused mindset.
