About the Role
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, trash removal, and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This role is suitable for individuals entering or returning to the workforce, and ABM welcomes veterans and those with military experience. • Clean and maintain buildings, facilities, furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment. • Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage. • Notify manager of needed repairs or additions to building systems. • Communicate effectively with clients, co‑workers, supervisors, and managers. • Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards. • Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment manually or using hand trucks. • Clean interior glass, windows, partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners. • Wash and replace blinds; gather and empty trash. • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, and snow removal. • Clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.

What You Bring
• Must be at least 18 years old. • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided. • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. • Preferred: customer service experience. • Preferred: at least 1 year of similar cleaning work.
