• Perform carpet, upholstery, and hard-surface cleaning using truck-mounted and portable equipment • Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently • Assess carpet and flooring conditions and determine appropriate cleaning methods • Apply cleaning solutions and treatments according to company standards • Communicate professionally with customers on-site • Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment • Follow safety procedures and company protocols • Operate truck-mounted cleaning systems • Provide good customer service and communication • Perform physical work such as lifting equipment, bending, and standing

What You Bring
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our disaster restoration team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, often in post-loss environments. • Experience in carpet cleaning or restoration preferred (will train the right candidate) • Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain) • Disaster restoration or water mitigation experience • Experience working in residential and commercial environments
