About the Role
The role supports all administrative functions related to Service Project Operations, requiring a deep understanding of team and customer needs to effectively back service delivery. It centers on ensuring administrative requirements are met throughout the project's lifecycle. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing documentation, capturing and relaying important information, and assisting with project and installation planning. The position also supports reporting, material needs, and contributes ideas for continuous improvement within the team. • Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Provide administrative support, including record updates and document control. • Capture and relay incoming information such as meeting changes and customer calls. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks. • Manage filing, printing, and archiving of documents. • Assist management in preparing project delivery and installation plans. • Collate service delivery documentation like inspection results and certificates. • Support reporting for health & safety incidents and onboarding processes. • Address material shortages and other consumable needs for the team. • Generate and implement ideas for team and business improvement. • Work independently, take ownership of tasks, and solve problems proactively. • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. • Maintain high attention to detail and operate effectively under pressure.
