About the Role
Scheduling production in the short term horizon based on the S&OE processes. Maintaining inventory accuracy through accurate cycle counting. Movement of materials through the facility. Internal receipts, storage, distribution and transportation. • Schedule short‑term production using S&OE processes • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting • Manage material flow, including receipts, storage, distribution, and transportation • Support cross‑functional SIOP and inventory management processes

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum five (5) years' combined experience in materials, operations and/or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience. Must be willing to relocate to Asheville (Arden) NC, with relocation assistance if needed. Experience in supporting cross‑functional SIOP and inventory management processes. Technical knowledge of forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring and scheduling execution; SAP knowledge. In‑depth knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and value streams from raw materials to finished product. APICS CPIM certification is desirable. Ability to motivate team members to drive for results. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Minimum 5 years of combined materials, operations, or supply chain experience in manufacturing • Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience • Willingness to relocate to Asheville, NC (relocation assistance provided) • Knowledge of forecasting, bill‑of‑materials structuring, scheduling execution, and SAP • Deep understanding of plant manufacturing processes and value streams • APICS CPIM certification preferred • Ability to motivate and drive team results

Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 • $165,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
