About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to direct the development of detailed plans and schedules for corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing, and modifications for an assigned work week, while ensuring compliance with online risk profiles, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center procedures. Key duties include coordinating schedule development across departments, overseeing execution to meet Work Management Process key indicators, managing emergent priority work, analyzing weekly performance data, assisting with forced outage coordination, and providing emergency response support. The role also involves coaching and mentoring the work‑management team and performing additional assignments as directed. • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance, surveillance, and modification schedules for each assigned work week. • Ensure execution adheres to online risk profiles, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center procedures. • Coordinate with all departments and project managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and meet safety and performance targets. • Oversee schedule execution to achieve Work Management Process key indicators and manage emergent priority tasks. • Produce weekly performance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions at Performance Analysis Review meetings. • Support forced outage coordination and respond to emergency situations as needed. • Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work‑management organization.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED with six years of related experience, or the required access and medical clearances.
