What You Bring
The Design Intern position is based in the Cleveland/Columbus, Ohio office and is slated to begin in Spring 2026. Interns gain hands‑on experience on engineering and design projects, work with cutting‑edge technology, and develop both technical and professional skills while networking within a global firm. • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s program (or recent graduate) in architecture with at least two years of study; U.S. citizenship required. • Demonstrate knowledge of the design process, conceptual thinking, and construction documentation. • Possess entry‑level understanding of master planning, construction materials, techniques, and specifications. • Use AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar CADD software; 3D modeling/rendering experience is a plus.
