Assembler I - Special Projects

About the Role

• Organize production floor with leads and supervisors to determine area needs. • Maintain clean and organized work areas by taping, marking, labeling, and locating items, and train the team on new standards. • Identify and resolve storage or workflow issues that cause production hiccups. • Communicate with floor supervision and leadership to implement continuous‑improvement changes. • Maintain and implement safety standards on the production floor. • Lift up to 50 lb; sit or stand for most of the shift; handle occasional exposure to temperature extremes, dust, and chemical fumes.
