About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. This role ensures the vehicle complies with safety standards, adheres to all company, state, and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, operating the truck along assigned routes, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver must interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory waste containers, clean accidental spills, monitor vehicle readiness, and complete required productivity and reporting documentation while maintaining high safety standards.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement and demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through skills.
