About the Role
In this role you will supervise a team of Trade Operatives, ensuring work meets defined objectives, standards and health‑and‑safety requirements. You will allocate repair and maintenance jobs across relevant trades, provide best‑practice guidance, and embed a customer‑focused approach throughout the service. • Lead and coach high‑performing front‑line operational teams. • Supervise Trade Operatives to meet performance and safety standards. • Allocate and coordinate repair and maintenance tasks for designated trades within set timeframes. • Provide guidance on best practices and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. • Foster a customer‑focused service culture across all activities. • Complete a 10‑question role questionnaire (approximately 30 minutes) during application.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must have proven leadership, coaching and performance‑management experience, be able to travel across the region and pass a Basic Criminal Record Check.
