About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and performing reminder or collection calls to keep payments current. • Assess and advise customers on storage solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness for rental. • Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits each day. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep customer accounts current. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and navigate facility interiors and exteriors, including stairs and large doors. • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds.

What You Bring
Physical duties require the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climb stairs, and open large doors. Managers also handle cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Successful candidates typically have experience in customer-service-focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast-food, or other service-based roles.
