About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck and provides courteous, complete waste removal services to customers. The driver ensures the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards, follows all company, state, and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Key duties include conducting thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, operating the truck along assigned routes, loading and compacting refuse, and delivering it to disposal sites. The driver interacts professionally with customers and dispatchers, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans up accidental spills, monitors vehicle condition, and maintains productivity standards by completing required reports and sheets.
