About the Role

The Sr. Portfolio Administration Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates and/or managers in day‑to‑day activities that support the Portfolio Administration Service Line. This role serves as the primary escalation point for client inquiries and senior leadership concerns within a specific functional or geographic area. Key duties include overseeing portfolio administration across multiple client accounts, ensuring daily operations are completed on schedule, and leveraging technology to improve processes. The manager provides direction, coaching, and career development for staff while also supporting recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members. Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, leadership, and clients is essential, as is ensuring that service agreements are met. Responsibilities also encompass monthly billing, rent reporting, and delivering accurate reports to senior leadership and clients, while collaborating with Transition, Quality Control, and other internal divisions. The manager drives continuous improvement by recommending new policies, updating process playbooks, and identifying business expansion opportunities with existing clients. What You Bring

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, finance/real estate, or accounting) and at least five years of relevant experience.
