About the Role

Fabricators examine customer specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine material characteristics and machine setup. They fabricate work pieces, retrieve the correct materials, and perform various fabrication duties. Finished pieces are inspected visually, by touch, or with measuring tools to ensure they meet standards, then packaged and protected for safe shipment, while following all safety policies. • Examine specifications, drawings, and work orders to determine material and machine setup. • Fabricate work pieces according to order specifications. • Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties. • Inspect finished pieces using visual, tactile, and measuring tools to ensure quality. • Package and protect items for safe shipment. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring

The role generally requires 0‑2 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include experience reading blueprints or work orders, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency. • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. • Preferred experience reading blueprints and work orders. • Knowledge of construction and industrial products. • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
