About the Role
The Planning Analyst will act as a subject matter expert regarding regulatory activities in Customer Operations, coordinating rate case activities, preparing regulatory filings, and coordinating implementation of PSC Orders. This role in the Customer Operations Regulatory and Strategy section offers the chance to apply cross‑disciplinary skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and directly influence the planning, development, and execution of strategy for the organization’s programs and services. • Serve as regulatory subject‑matter expert in Customer Operations. • Coordinate rate case activities and implement PSC orders. • Prepare regulatory filings for the organization.
