• Collect tool data on‑site in Urbana, Ohio. • Build and configure a Maximo tool database. • Liaise with technicians to define tooling requirements. • Keep the Maximo database updated and operational. • Monitor latest tooling and manufacturing processes. • Support tooling technician team during extended leaves.

What You Bring
• Understanding of punches, dies, fixtures, and tooling maintenance. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering. • 3–5 years of tooling or manufacturing experience. • Familiarity with Maximo (preferred). • Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and attention to detail. • Effective written and verbal communication; independent work style. • Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $31.25 to $36 per hour, and decisions consider experience, skills, and education.
