About the Role
The Facilities Repair & Maintenance Program Manager reports to the Project Director, oversees a $40 million budget across five Northern California regions, and leads a team of two to five project managers. The role develops cost‑ and schedule‑efficient programs covering asphalt paving, roof repairs or replacement, building painting, perimeter gates, and office renovations, while collaborating with regional on‑site facilities teams in a hybrid Oakland office. • Oversee a $40 M facilities repair & maintenance budget across five Northern California regions. • Lead a team of 2‑5 project managers and develop regional plans for asphalt paving, roof work, painting, gates, and office renovations. • Implement standardized service delivery, communication, accountability, risk mitigation, and client relationship management. • Create and manage methodologies, tools, processes, and performance metrics for client partnerships. • Drive change‑management initiatives to launch new services or transform existing ones.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills; excellent written and oral communication. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project); Primavera P6 preferred. • 7+ years of experience in real estate, project or program management; bachelor's or advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business. • Experience with highly regulated projects and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Compensation is estimated between $155,000 and $185,000 annually, with remote work based in Oakland, CA and a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in the office.
