About the Role
• Provide basic first aid and initial medical diagnosis. • Evaluate employee health and conduct physical examinations. • Store, administer, and monitor first‑aid treatments for injuries and illnesses. • Maintain employee health records and assess workplace safety hazards. • Inspect work areas and equipment for safety compliance. • Generate safety reports and educate staff on preventive measures. • Ensure implementation of health‑ and safety policies, quality systems, and procedures. • Conduct site walkthroughs/audits of project areas, offices, and worker barracks. • Monitor project manpower and assist emergency response efforts.

What You Bring
ACCIONA – CMS JV is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse for its Floridablanca, Pampanga location. This full‑time position will support employee health and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing license. • Preferably possess BOSH/COSH or OHNAP certification and up‑to‑date first‑aid training. • Have experience as an onsite nurse in construction environments. • Willingness to be assigned to Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga on a project‑based contract.
