About the Role
• Manage workload and team activities including QA/QC, fee proposals, and task coordination. • Reconcile invoices and change orders with general contractors, subcontractors, and third parties. • Conduct value analysis and risk/value management evaluations. • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction. • Provide reports and respond to senior management inquiries. • Mentor and train estimating technicians and estimators on construction divisions and technology. • Prepare project plans, bid analysis, and post‑contract support. • Participate in peer reviews and industry events, representing the local market. • Utilize effective written and oral communication to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Deliver high‑quality cost estimating for construction projects across various phases. • Research and analyze data to support pricing and procurement strategies. • Apply technical knowledge of construction trades, procurement, and delivery methods. • Interpret architectural, civil, structural, MEP, geotech, site logistics, and schedule documents.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Cost Manager to support a high‑profile semiconductor client in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role requires deep experience in semiconductor facility projects, the ability to manage complex electrical scopes, budgets, and cost controls, and strong stakeholder coordination from design through delivery. Candidates must be local to Scottsdale and capable of driving cost accuracy in fast‑paced, high‑tech environments. The position also involves mentoring staff, developing client relationships, and contributing to risk and value management. • Adapt to flexible work schedules, including potential evenings or weekends. • Proficient in Excel and current cost‑estimating software. • BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. • 4–5 years of cost & commercial management or quantity surveying experience, preferably in semiconductor projects. • Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent.

Benefits
The salary range for this full‑time role is $93,000 – $124,000 per year, with compensation based on experience, skills, and client requirements.
