Job Highlights
About the Role
• Deliver food items to the correct guest seat • Clear unused items and monitor water glasses, refilling as needed • Replace silverware throughout service • Check restaurant areas for items that need clearing • Explain delivered items to guests and ask about additional needs • Assist kitchen staff to ensure proper plating and accurate delivery, including condiments • Prepare and restock the runner station each meal period, keeping it clean and organized • Follow restaurant policies, procedures, safety, and security • Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards • Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings

What You Bring
• Know menu items to answer guest questions • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum three months experience in fine‑dining or high‑volume high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club • Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate • Understanding of food and beverage operations • Exceptional attention to detail, quality, and service • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication/interpersonal skills • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to work long hours • Remain calm and focused during busy periods • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus • Meet physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, work indoors/outdoors in all weather for over 8 hours • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
