About the Role
The position involves overseeing the physical loading, unloading, and sorting of trucks, containers, documents, and boxes to ensure timely completion. It also includes planning routes, re‑prioritizing stops to meet customer time‑windows and productivity targets, and performing pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle checks with inspection reports. The incumbent must adhere to state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations, maintain accurate documentation such as delivery records, pick‑up manifests, time‑cards, AWBs, customs paperwork, and commercial invoices, and use tools for scanning, recording, and data transfer for performance tracking and compliance. Additional responsibilities include securing vehicles and packages, handling customer queries and escalations, identifying revenue and customer‑satisfaction opportunities, conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations, managing time efficiently, contributing to team results, achieving all KPIs, and following operational requirements. • Load, unload, and sort trucks, containers, documents, and boxes efficiently. • Plan and re‑prioritize delivery routes to meet customer time windows and productivity targets. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and generate inspection reports. • Ensure compliance with state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations. • Accurately complete and audit delivery records, pick‑up manifests, time‑cards, AWBs, customs paperwork, and commercial invoices. • Use scanning and data‑transfer tools for timely performance tracking and compliance reporting. • Secure vehicles and packages by following safety and security procedures. • Address customer queries, resolve issues, or escalate to appropriate departments. • Identify and promote sales and automation opportunities to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. • Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data. • Manage daily tasks by prioritizing time and taking on additional responsibilities when possible. • Achieve 100% of key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet operational requirements. • Supervise staff, develop budgets, maintain safety standards, and oversee equipment maintenance. • Provide analytical reporting and process improvement in warehouse operations.

What You Bring
Candidates should be any graduate or post‑graduate with 5‑8 years of warehouse management experience, possessing skills in supervision, budgeting, safety management, standards development, process management, surveillance, inventory control, reporting, analysis, equipment maintenance, and judgment, and must be proactive team players.
