About the Role

The Operations Quality Lead I assists senior staff on pursuits and projects, developing project‑specific Quality Management Plans, narratives, and required deliverables. Working closely with pursuit team leads and Project Managers, the role monitors and oversees quality activities and creates contract‑required quality documents and forms. • Review quality requirements for design‑build and EPC projects and identify applicable standards, guidelines, and checklists. • Assist project managers in finalizing Quality Management Plans (QMPs) after contract award. • Develop and maintain quality checklists in Procore. • Manage quality‑related document control within Procore. • Monitor pursuit and planning processes for compliance with QMS requirements. • Participate in independent examinations and audits of project quality. • Ensure contract‑specified Factory Acceptance Testing and QA/QC testing are incorporated into quality plans. • Identify potential deviations, document issues, and help develop corrective action plans. • Review subcontractor procedures and quality records for compliance. • Compile and deliver internal and external metric reports on quality objectives.

What You Bring

The position may require up to 15% travel for meetings and client engagements. • Associate’s degree or two years of quality assurance experience required. • Basic knowledge of quality inspections, audits, surveillance programs, and equipment/material specifications. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and document management software. • Preferred: two years of EPC, design‑build, or CMAR pursuit/marketing experience. • Preferred: experience with Procore and construction‑related design or procurement processes. • Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, and team‑working skills. • Basic writing ability using Microsoft Word, Bluebeam, or similar tools. • Up to 15% travel required for meetings.
