About the Role

• Provide high-level executive support to the COO, managing priorities, materials, and schedule. • Prepare meeting briefings, objectives, and follow‑up items for the COO. • Anticipate needs and identify preparation gaps using business context. • Facilitate cross‑team communication, gather inputs, and track action items. • Draft, edit, and refine executive communications and presentations. • Compile and organize complex information into concise briefing summaries. • Protect and manage highly sensitive information with discretion. • Develop and coordinate content for leadership, investor, board, and partner presentations. • Support the COO’s operating cadence by organizing materials and follow‑ups. • Coordinate meetings, events, agendas, logistics, and attendee details. • Oversee calendar, travel, and expense workflows to maximize executive efficiency. • Manage special projects that require proactive problem‑solving and research. • Handle general administrative functions to support seamless executive operations.

What You Bring

Core is seeking an Associate, Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Chief Operating Officer. The role demands advanced executive assistance, strategic prioritization, cross‑functional coordination and polished communication in a fast‑moving environment where precision and discretion are essential. Success in this role means the COO’s time is focused on strategic priorities, meetings are well‑prepared and yield clear outcomes, and all communications and presentations are polished and compelling. Stakeholders should experience responsiveness, clarity and professionalism, and the COO must trust the assistant to represent them with utmost discretion. • Minimum five years of C‑Suite executive support or advanced administrative experience. • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Exceptional written communication, editing, and organization skills. • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and executive presence. • Ability to understand business context and manage competing priorities. • Experience supporting senior executives in fast‑paced, high‑growth or operationally complex environments. • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and act with minimal direction. • Skill in navigating ambiguity while providing structure, clarity, and follow‑through.
