About the Role

The role involves owning and managing medium‑voltage hardware projects, overseeing scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management, while orchestrating cross‑functional activities to deliver value. • Own and manage medium‑voltage projects, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risk management. • Orchestrate and optimize cross‑functional value flow throughout project execution. • Actively manage critical path and risks rather than focusing solely on task completion. • Motivate and challenge teams to meet schedules and plans. • Facilitate planning, aggregate objectives, and ensure execution aligns with goals. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on status, changes, and milestones. • Drive continuous improvement through feedback, retrospectives, and lessons learned in a SAFe/Agile environment. • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks. • Create and sustain an environment of trust and openness. • Ensure project delivers excellent product quality and customer value. • Manage project budget, monitor deviations, and propose mitigation plans.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are fluent in English (Spanish a plus), hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, and possess at least three years of project‑management experience in a Scrum/Agile hardware production environment. They should understand offer strategy, have a track record of taking products from development to global manufacturing, and be willing to travel up to 15% internationally. Strong leadership, ability to manage multi‑site and remote teams, and excellent communication, risk assessment, change management, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are essential. PMP certification and Agile/SAFe credentials such as SPC are preferred. • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • 3+ years of project‑management experience in Scrum/Agile hardware production. • Understanding of offer strategy and ability to identify and launch solutions. • Experience leading products from development to global manufacturing. • Willingness to travel up to 15% (continental or international). • Exceptional leadership and team‑management skills for multi‑site and remote teams. • Strong communication, risk assessment, change management, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities. • PMP certification (preferred). • Agile/SAFe certification such as SPC (preferred).
