About the Role

• Direct and coordinate single‑ or multi‑discipline project teams throughout all project phases. • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables meet schedule and budget constraints. • Develop and maintain client relationships, participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Lead work sessions with staff and stakeholders to develop project deliverables. • Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and QA/QC procedures across the project lifecycle. • Track financial performance, adjusting effort to stay within agreed budgets and schedules. • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Mentor less‑experienced Project Managers and supervise large project staff. • Leverage established networks in the Phoenix Metro area and surrounding AZ, UT, and NV regions.

What You Bring

• Preferred: Experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED and PMP certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registration as an architect. • Minimum 15 years of related experience, including at least 7 years managing large‑scale projects. • Proven ability to lead teams, make client presentations, and mentor staff. • Strong knowledge of the local and regional market. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong leadership, organizational, and people‑management abilities. • Willingness to travel as required.
