About the Role
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of interior building spaces, including floors, rugs, furniture, fixtures, and windows, in accordance with company cleaning protocols. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean or shampoo rugs as needed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, and light fixtures, including periodic high dusting. • Clean interior windows, glass, and door/trims. • Sanitize bathrooms, restock paper supplies, and report fixture issues. • Collect building trash daily, replace liners, and place containers in designated collection areas. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways when directed. • Perform periodic high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing. • Operate portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment safely.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required; the successful candidate must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively within a team. Benefits
Compensation ranges from $10.20 to $12.00 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental, retirement, and other insurance programs.
