About the Role

Leasing Consultant – responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. The role requires daily onsite presence, resident interaction, and achieving leasing targets. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turn process. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints and service requests. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan, market surveys, and weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.

What You Bring
