• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures onsite. • Perform rework to ensure installations pass inspection and meet quality standards. • Represent Base to inspectors and authority‑having officials, walking installs and resolving issues in real time. • Mentor and train new installation crews to maintain high performance. • Participate in an on‑call rotation for urgent night/weekend electrical issues. • Communicate effectively with installers, inspectors, and homeowners.
