About the Role
The Tester is responsible for performing bench testing of a diversified line of parts, subassemblies, and completed units following established procedures. In this role you will conduct bench work using simple limit direct‑reading gauges and meters, build and fabricate setup operations for less‑complex test systems, and connect products to test equipment to monitor, verify, and record results. What You Bring
Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or GED and have at least three years of experience in fuel, hydraulic, or pneumatic testing. The position requires authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship and values prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or airline maintenance industries. Key competencies include basic mathematics, the ability to use direct‑reading and fixed gauges, reading blueprints and schematics, being detail‑oriented, working independently, driving continuous improvement, following safety practices, and safely lifting up to 50 lb. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED. • Possess at least three years of fuel, hydraulic, or pneumatic testing experience. • Be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. • Have prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or airline maintenance. • Demonstrate basic math skills and ability to use direct‑reading gauges. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
