About the Role

You will join a team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists, working under Geotechnical leadership to deliver quality project outcomes. The role spans water and wastewater infrastructure as well as transport projects, including bridges, across New Zealand and the Asia‑Pacific region. A typical week may involve planning ground investigations, conducting geotechnical assessments, designing retaining walls, foundations, slope‑stabilisation measures, ground improvements or piles, and producing detailed technical reports. You will also advise clients and contribute to successful project solutions. • Determine internal and external client requirements • Conduct and manage field data acquisition, site investigations and testing • Produce calculations, reports, specifications and drawings for geotechnical designs • Provide quality checks and reviews to meet technical standards • Deliver geotechnical expertise to meet project needs • Plan and deliver geotechnical project inputs on budget, on time and to quality standards

What You Bring

The successful candidate will be a degree‑qualified Geotechnical Engineer with at least three years of experience, working towards CPEng registration, preferably in engineering consulting or contracting. Experience in New Zealand, Australia or the Asia‑Pacific region is advantageous. A strong design background in water, bridging, and transportation sectors and familiarity with industry‑standard design software are required.
