About the Role

In this role the coordinator supports Carrier UAE’s sales operations by managing quotations, sales orders, invoicing, customer documentation and logistics coordination. The focus is on operational excellence, accurate order processing and timely delivery to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The position involves handling the full order‑to‑cash cycle, from creating customer IDs and warranty certificates to generating proforma invoices, advance tax invoices and LC documents, as well as coordinating with logistics, warehouse and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and monthly closing. • Prepare and update quotations based on engineer input, ensuring accuracy. • Enter and maintain sales orders in the system, aligned with costing sheets and customer PO. • Respond promptly to email inquiries regarding fan coil units. • Generate proforma and standard invoices with correct payment terms. • Process customer ID creation and maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including trade licenses. • Prepare warranty certificates per company policy and sales order provisions. • Handle startup requests from SE in line with provisions. • Process part creation requests with accurate data entry. • Generate DPR (Advance Tax Invoice) accurately and timely. • Prepare LC documents per terms, submit to customers, and follow up for signed documents. • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse to generate OBDs for timely delivery. • Raise manual purchase requisitions for FAHU assembly and on‑site coating. • Arrange factory visit approvals complying with company policies. • Process credit refunds with proper approvals. • Support monthly closing by ensuring orders, invoices, and deliveries are recorded. • Process CAM approvals for PO delinking, part creation, refunds, startup requests, and customer ID creation. • Create GR for assembly and on‑site coating orders. • Place advance orders for chillers.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. ERP certification, internship or project experience, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment are preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; ERP certification a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced sales environment. • Exposure to international practices and regional markets.
